I live in New York and work on revolutionary products (dandy, aurora, zoox). Grew up in the UK & Geneva. Studied at Oundle, Sheffield & Hult. Spent 8 years developing & taking novel autonomous vehicles to market in SF. Now I lead international expansion at dandy.

I’m abundance & economics minded. My superpower is turning ambiguous problems into clear options, then acting decisively.

Friends tell me I’m overly sarcastic, relentlessly curious, and annoyingly determined.

Things I'm interested in:

Category defining products. Think iPhone 10, Specialized SL7, Eight Sleep Pod-Cover, Robinhood Gold Card, GMT watches.
Autonomy and physical AI. Worked on PCBA & FW engineering, ML development, product & GTM strategy. Believe autonomy should be & will everywhere if you have a little patience.
Technology economics and capital markets. From forward P/Es, to rate hikes, to dilution. I enjoy monitoring the situation. Self taught.
Entrepreneurship and great man theory. I don’t believe that it’s an accident that great shit happens in the world. Certain people and teams bend history to their world view.
Europe. It’s currently off-track, falling behind the US in key technologies and general prosperity. What can be done?
Elite endurance sports. Pro cycling, long-distance triathlon, and ultra running. Love mitochondrial efficiency. My hero is Chris Froome.
Manchester United. In 2013, I chose the best team with young English players. It’s been up & mostly down since then. I watch every game and do scream at my TV when we score. Glazers out!
Fun maxing. My favorite things to do are bike-racing, skiing & sailing catamarans. I used to compete nationally, now I try not to take things too seriously.
